"My tree came with plastic feet, not metal as shown in catalog. The base attached to the tree snapped and broke off when trying to insert foot pieces. Tried to use a regular tree stand after adding a pipe and foam as the stem is very narrow. Still had to anchor to the wall with twine to keep straight. Customer service sent a replacement tree which arrived promptly in time for use. The plastic base/foot was fine. The tree opens easy, has enough lights for its size. It looks like a Charli Brown tree until it’s lit and has small ornaments. It looks nice in a small space. The math for the sale pricing with extra shipping and reg shipping never did make sense to me on the billing. I understand a third party shipped and charged. It looked like extra shipping was charged twice-in the price and again separate. It will be fine as an extra tree in the house in a bedroom or entryway."

"I liked that this tree was thin, tall, didn't take up too much space, yet had a nice visual impact. The proportions are very pleasing. It was used in my Mom's room in her nursing home for her enjoyment. The base is made of plastic (the four feet) and are not sturdy. Due to the wheels of her chair hitting them repeatedly, and partly because of the floor sweeps, one of the prongs broke and the poor tree was forced to lean into the corner. This was a green one with white lights. So it's not very sturdy, but good for a home that will leave its beauty untouched. The white one I ordered with flocking had mould. Had to dispose of it. Over-all I would recommend purchasing on sale."
