"This casserole caddy is cheaply made. Side strings are difficult to pull out, one was buried down in the binding and had to fished out. Strings did not pull out evenly, like one side was shorter than the other. Cloth is quite thin."

"Would not trust this to carry a dish. Thin material, seams aren’t the best and the plastic pieces used to attach the info card to the Caddy left about 10 large pin holes in the material. Not sure about return policy but the paperwork included mentions a charge withheld from the money to be returned so will just try to find another use."
