nice planters, but were not white
"Ordered these to go with my gray and white planters I ordered from LTD and in the description it says WHITE, and even in the individual pictures they are WHITE. . . . . but when I got them they are a PALE YELLOW color and does not go with the other planters at all. I called customer service and they stated that they were WHITE, and that it was probably just a creamy white, which is not what the description states nor the pictures. Needless to say I could not use them because my color scheme is gray and white so these would clash. Very disappointed as I really wanted white not pale yellow/cream. Even the box they were in said White. But LTD has great customer service and I was not charged for them."
Received broken
"This seems like a very nice set. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to have been shipped with enough packaging and it arrived broken. On the plus side, customer service was very helpful."

"The small planter was great, but the large planter was broken into several pieces when it arrived and unusable. They are beautiful aside from this. I would recommend them if they changed the packaging they ship fragile items in."
