"It worked for about 5 minutes. I packed it up to return but the cost wasn't worth it. I tried again. It worked for less than 5 minutes. The 'eye' didn't work. That's the point . I packed it up and tossed it out. I cannot tell you how much I wish it had worked. But it didn't. I don't expect anyone's will ever get to read this. Very disappointed guardian of 19-yr-old cat"

"I received this a couple weeks ago, and my cats love drinking out of it. A couple complaints--the instructions are not in English, although it wasn't difficult to figure out how to put it together. Also, there is a filter included, but no info on where to order replacements. Hopefully, some of the replacement filters I've found online will fit."
