"I bought this as a gift for my aunt. She had a similar CD player years ago. She had mentioned a few times she wished she could find a small player to replace the one she had. I ran across this one and it was absolutely perfect. I gave it to her early so she could play her Christmas carolls. She literally had tears in her eyes of happiness when she opened it. It sounds great."

Frustrating Experience
"After ordering this item nearly two months ago, I tried to check on the order status only to be greeted by a frozen webpage and a bankruptcy notice stating that only orders that had already shipped would be fulfilled. While slightly inconvenient, not a big deal. Then weeks after I had successfully acquired this item elsewhere, the card was charged out of the blue and I got a shipping notification. With the only customer service option being a phone line where the hold notification kept claiming """"a wait of more than three minutes"""" ad infinitum and limited personal time available for dealing with this quagmire, I am now the very disgruntled owner of a second radio that I neither want or need, while facing the dilemma of whether continuing to pursue a return is worth eating 25% of the costs in random shipping fees. Won't be shopping here again."

"I like the looks. However, is very light and unstable. If you barely bump it it will skip tracks if playing a CD. Volume button doesn’t work so well. You can turn it up but when you release the knob it will go back down."
