"The incense that came with this item were very dry, old and burned down in a matter of two minutes! So much smoke came out of top! They did not smell good either so I bought my own. They smell better and work better but too much smoke comes through the top and not enough through the bottom."

"I never received it in my order so I called customer service for a replacement and have been patiently waiting. So I’m sorry the only thing I can report is it was not included in my order and I was actually very sad about that because I had thought about ordering it so many times and when I was excited I finally did it didn’t come???!!!"

"This is really cool easy to use. I like the way the smoke moves around the ceramic container. It doesn’t leave much residue. It’s easy to empty the dust. It’s a very neat package. I love the way. It is set up."

The cones sometimes take a bit to light, but it does state that in the booklet. A bit disappointed in the smells of the cone, don't really smell like they should, but that is just my opinion."
