"It appears the screws that are provided are either too large or too long for the towel holder. The wood has split in every area where a screw had to be placed on this product. I expected more from this item. Sadly I would not recommend this to anyone."
Poor Quality
"I was so excited when the towel ladder arrived, my plan was to use it in the kitchen of my new home. Unfortunately the screws that came with it weren’t the proper size! When attempting to assemble it the wood split completely in half! There was no way to repair it so it went in the trash! I’ve been very happy with Lakeside in the past but this was a big disappointment!"
