"Was very pleased with this Christmas sack and it is well made. My only complaint is that I had ordered several other items that was BOGO Free. I ordered 4 items, and I should have gotten 8. I only got 4. When I called to inquire about it, I was put on hold several times and ended up being on the phone with this person for well over 1/2 an hour. And got nowhere. I am no longer a satisfied customer and won't spend any more money with this company."
