"I’m disappointed because I thought I ordered 3 number books and 3 alphabet books. Not paying attention when they sent out it was sent out, I didn’t realize it was 6 number books. I can’t exchange, it’ll cost more for the return postage, I could order 2 more items then get free shipping, etc… I finally came back to Lakeside after an odd issue that got settled a couple years back and then this happened. I use to love buying from Lakeside, but will probably stop again."
