"We bought 3 of these patio curtains to surround the outdoor cat condo we just built. We live in the PNW and have strong winds and rain. No soggy cat box for us. The curtains kept everything dry. They are a heavy textured polyester-feeling fabric, not smooth or cotton. They hang nicely but have no bottom weights. We used cuphooks to hang the large grommets and a bungee cord to keep it secure. We are very happy with this purchase."
