"I recently bought this shopping card on wheels, and when it came earlier this week it arrived in just a plastic bag. . . not in a box to protect it. When I opened it today I saw that the handle is broken at the top, as it is just made of molded plastic, which would have been fine if it had been intact, but it wasn't. It was broken into at least twenty pieces. There remains part of the plastic still attached but it won't be useable. The bag itself is fine, and the wheels were still included inside the bag. The bag itself seems to be of good quality. . . it's just that the shipping was not done to protect the item"
