False Advertising
"Bought 2 of these as a gift for an elderly woman. Not only do they look nothing like the one on the website which I guess after reading the reviews has been a complaint for multiple people but they are not copper colored and there is no way I’d expect an old lady to turn them upside down every time she wanted to turn them off or on! Geez! They have nicer ones with timers on QVC! I just don’t understand how they can get away with sending someone an item that looks nothing like the advertised item! Someone should really contact the better business bureau about the false advertising! And even though I ordered two, one came almost a week ago and the second one still isn’t here so I can’t even send it back! What a shame! I should have learned my lesson when I ordered a bunch of adorable Halloween ceramic trees 2 years ago, no timers! I will not make this mistake a third time."
