"Was excited about this unit because is folded up compact. However, upon using it, first time I stepped onto the top step, the step cracked all the way across it. After a couple other uses the bottom step cracked as well. Now its pretty sketchy to use at all. I weigh 180#. The 300# rating must be while it is foled up! As this step is currently designed it is thin and fragile. Not recommended."

PERFECT FIT. top step is 19" from the floor. 1st step 8''. Easy up and down. Folds to 1 1/2 in to store. Price was good. Delivery was fast. I could not be happier."

"Unfortunately can’t use this product. While seems sturdy, the specs misrepresent the true size of the product. The web site says it unfolds to a step height of 17+”, however when received it only unfolds to a step height of 12”. Then when contacting customer service to return the item they did not offer a Fed-Ex paid return as stated on their web site, rather the cost was on me. A big bait and switch. Won’t be doing business with this company again."
