"I got three sets (so 6 cups total) of the watermelon glasses and they are so cute and perfect for summer! They feel a bit fragile but I've had no breakages yet. I do handwash though and I never let the lids stay wet long as bamboo lids will often eventually warp or crack after a while sitting in water repeatedly."

Terrible customer support
"I made a purchase of 4 sets of glassware, but meant to only order 2 sets. Within 5 minutes of placing the order, I sent an email to customer support asking to modify my order. I never received a response and was charged and received all 4 sets. The website says you cannot modify the order once it is in fulfillment. This is why I contacted them immediately. The process for returning is not easy and is expensive so I now have 2 extra sets of a product. I understand it was inital error, but why have a customer support option if they are not going to respond or help. The only reason I am giving any stars is because the product is decent."
