The shipping took a while so I’m not wanting to deal with the whole return/exchange process. The item itself is great, just wish there was more care in shipping it since it arrived in nothing more than a thin plastic bag."

Damaged in shipment due to inadequate packaging.

"I received this order just before Christmas and was surprised that they had shipped in a polymer mailer bag. When I opened the bag, the cellophane was still wrapped tightly around the liner and lid. However, upon opening, I noticed the lids were badly damaged on both on both items. And, one of the pans is dented. See Photos. Unfortunately, because the cupcake pans are so shallow, I cannot even use them for baking cupcakes."
