Horrible Customer Service for Their Mistake!
"I purchased the area rug in aqua. It took more than two weeks for my item to ship. This is an unreasonable amount of time for an in-stock item that I paid an extra $10 shipping charge on. I let that go. When the tracking # said it was delivered, I was so excited. I raced home after work to find out that they shipped me the wrong color. I received coral, not aqua. I'm not sure how the wrong color was picked since it was shipped in a clear plastic bag. I wasn't even out of my car and I knew it was wrong. I get it, mistakes happen. I let that go. I called customer service and was told I'd receive a return shipping label emailed to me four days later. Really? In this day and age, a shipping label can be generated immediately. The woman then tried to end the call and I stopped her. I asked when I would be receiving the correct color I ordered. She told me that my order will be shipped out three business AFTER they receive my return. Are you kidding me? You charge me $10 extra for shipping, it's in-stock but doesn't ship for over two weeks, you send me the wrong color, and now you're holding my aqua rug hostage until you receive your mistake back? Shame on you LC. This is horrible customer service. This is not my fault. It will now be a month before I receive this. This is unacceptable. I've received better customer service from the cable company. Do the right thing."

Beautiful, Large and Perfect for Pool Deck
"I have had it about 2 weeks now. It is a very nice addition to our deck. I am curious to see how it wears and if it fades but if it does its reasonable in price to buy new again next year. It is made out of vinyl not cloth so its interesting. Its not cheaply made either. Very happy with my purchase."
