    "I have been purchasing with LTD for many years. This was the first time I received an item that i was totally unhappy with. I received inserts with no rubber mat to insert to. It was advertised as a complete set. I called customer service and explained the situation to them. They told me I could return at my expense! Horrible customer service as far as I am concerned. This was falsely advertised. It would cost me $10 to return. I will not be buying from Ltd again with service like this. CSR rep seemed to not care at all. 0 STARS FOR SERVICE"

    "Disappointed that this appeared to come with the base mat, but didn't and wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. With that said, I found a base with three more inserts online through Walmart so I will be able to use when that arrives."

    Item description is misleading

    "I am very disappointed in the set of 3 Seasonal Doormat Inserts that I ordered. The item description states it includes the rubber mat insert, yet I did not receive one. When I called the company I was told that the insert had to be ordered separately for an additional charge. I asked about returning the inserts and was told I had to pay to ship them back. I will not be purchasing anything from the Lakeside Collection again."

    Buyer beware

    "The description was misleading! It appeared that the rubber mat was included with the inserts, “The set features a stylish rubber doormat frame . . . Swap out the inserts to change your home decor” this was not the case. When I called customer service, the representative informed me that the rubber mat was sold separately and that if was no longer available to purchase. Without the rubber mat the inserts are useless. And it is not feasible to return the inserts because of the return cost of shipping. Do not buy, I wished i had checked the reviews before purchasing this."

    Incomplete order from deceptive ad

    "I received the seasonal insert I ordered but is was incomplete. The rubber mat was not included even the stipulated it was part of it. This recent ad is exactly the same stating the package will be complet with the rubber mat. I contacted LTD customer service talked to 2 separate reps. First they said the mat was not included. I then asked to get one. Well they admitted they said they could no longer get the rubber mats. I offered to ship the now useless inserts but both were adamant I'd have to pay for the return basically for a deceptive product. They at the least they should have offered to refund the money and just keep things I can't really use! So, now I just received the same exact ad offering the carpet inserts with the rubber mat. They are simply ignorant about the issue, or just want to rid of leftover inserts. Don't by this season's insert product if you don't have the rubber mat"
