"The laundry additive is already included in the concentrate: it is the part of the formula which permits it to be used on fabrics to eliminate odors stuck on them same as it does on hard surfaces. The small bottle of concentrate is to be mixed with water to fill the spray bottle, and it can then be used on hard and soft surfaces equally as opposed to other sprays that only work on one or the other. Hope this helps with the confusion."

"I bought this already on the Pooph website a few moths ago and it was a full 32 oz bottle so when I was ordering something on the Lakeside website and saw it I added it to my cart. When it arrived it was a empty 32 oz bottle and a 2 oz bottle of concentrate that you have to put in the empty bottle and then add water. You don't get the 2 oz Laundry additive. The 2 oz is the concentrate you add with the water. When I called and told them that she said it says it's a 32 oz bottle and that's what you go, but I thought it was a full bottle not a empty bottle. To return it I would have to pay a 7. 99 fee taken out of my 24. 99 refund. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up about the empty bottle"

"We have puppies and we absolutely love this stuff! It works like magic. It adds no scent at all, AND it makes bad scents go away. I have purchased it already mixed in the pump bottle, however, I think the idea of sending the pump bottle empty with a small sealed bottle of concentrate is brilliant. That way you just mix up a fresh bottle whenever you need to. Another person who posted here does not seem to understand how it works, however it’s so simple. Open your sealed bottle of concentrate, dump it in the spray bottle, fill out the rest of the way with tapwater — shake it up and you’re ready to go."
