"The laundry additive is already included in the concentrate: it is the part of the formula which permits it to be used on fabrics to eliminate odors stuck on them same as it does on hard surfaces. The small bottle of concentrate is to be mixed with water to fill the spray bottle, and it can then be used on hard and soft surfaces equally as opposed to other sprays that only work on one or the other. Hope this helps with the confusion."

"We have puppies and we absolutely love this stuff! It works like magic. It adds no scent at all, AND it makes bad scents go away. I have purchased it already mixed in the pump bottle, however, I think the idea of sending the pump bottle empty with a small sealed bottle of concentrate is brilliant. That way you just mix up a fresh bottle whenever you need to. Another person who posted here does not seem to understand how it works, however it’s so simple. Open your sealed bottle of concentrate, dump it in the spray bottle, fill out the rest of the way with tapwater — shake it up and you’re ready to go."

"This is a prime example of a misleading ad. It reads as if you are getting a spray bottle and the concentrate. In reality, you get a spray bottle in which to mix the concentrate. It also did not include the bottle of laundry additive as stated. This is not the universal type of Pooph as advertised on television but a greatly watered down version that doesn't even work for what is stated. A call to customer service was met with a promise to reship my order but that hasn't happened either."
"This works as advertised! It doesn't mask odors like a Fabreeze, Glade etc. It eliminates the odor completely. Depending on the type of area the odor is in you may have to spray more than once. But it's worked fantastic for us. Highly recommend."
