Flimsy Rack
"I bought this less than a month ago and it already broke from the bottom base. The plastic is so flimsy that if you will every shelf with shoes the weight of the shoes will cause the shoe rack to bend. You will have to lean against something or else it will fall. Do not try to move the rack without removing shoes first. If you do the weight will cause the plastic to buckle and it will snap the cheap plastic off, especially at the base where you have the connectors."

"Bought this at the beginning of February. First, there were no instructions included. I finally figured out how to assemble by looking at the picture. Made sure everything fit together tightly. The item didn’t stand straight, kept falling over and spilling shoes all over the place. I’d like to return for a credit please."
