"The bottom cushion is super comfortable and seems well made. Only thing I can say bad about it is the back pillow is a little small compared to the bottom cushion size so it doesn't fit my chairs perfectly but over all I'm satisfied."

I ordered the grey stripped one but they ran out of it and instead of telling me they let me track it to Chicago where it sat for a month before I called and asked what was up. It was only then that they said they were out of stock and asked if they could replace it with the grey one. When it arrived it fit perfectly into the chair and is very comfortable. It's plain and breaks up the set but it works and so that makes it fine. The 3 rating is for not having what I wanted in stock and not letting me know until I called."
