Poor customer service from FedEx and Lakside Colle
"I am not able to open either one of my purchases because FEDEX left them at a house that had bedbugs! I tried to call several times to both the you and FedEx to plead with you and them not to leave my purchases there and gave FEDEx by text my physical address and my daughters next door physical address. When I ordered I was not asked to give a physical address!"
Not the best
"The shelves were a little rusty, the screws weren't long enough, so we had to go to the hardware store for the right size. Otherwise it was ok, but the price was good,"
Great
"bought this for my room and it fits great, just what I needed"
Dents and black permanent marker all over them.
"I bought 2 shelves and they were both severely dented with permanent black marks all over them. Absolute garbage. I already reported it to customer service. HUGE disappointment. Done with LTD."
