"This has everything needed to bag your gift. Not real heavy paper, but heavy enough/tough enough. The handles themselves are the only questionable part. They have like a shoe string end. I'm not sure how that's supposed to be used. I just carry them in my arms. Maybe someone out there knows the trick to be able to use them as a real handle. If so please post:). But, they do the job! Recommend."
