Poor quality/workmanship
"I purchased 4 gnome bee mugs and 8 sets of the S&P shakers and 2 sets of towels for my booth. All 4 mugs, 5 shaker sets and 1 towel were defective due to poor workmanship…. smeared paint, sharp protrusions on the ceramic, and hem sewn crooked on the towel. I called Lakeside about defects and they sent replacements. Again, all 4 mugs and 3 S&P shaker sets are defective for the same reasons cited earlier! VERY disappointing!! Will not be ordering any more ceramic/dolomite items as this is not the first time I’ve had to return due to quality! It’s a shame, because these gnome bees stuff is really cute, but I can’t sell them with such poor quality workmanship!"
