Will never shop LTD again
"Items I bought could have been purchased else where with free shipping but I like supporting smaller businesses. LTD offered free shipping and then added a handling fee. Items received were too small but when I called to return ""Item no longer wanted "" is what customer service selected so I had to pay return shipping as well. When I asked why the reason I was returning was not selected "" too small"" I was told it was my responsibility to be sure item would fit. I questioned why ""Too small "" was even an option and really didn't get an answer."
Not as good as I had hoped it would be
"These covers are not sized very accurately. I am making it work, but not what I expected. After having it on for 2 days, there are already threads pulling loose and I'm not sure it will hold up. Only one person has used the sofa that I have it on and have been very careful and these strings are still appearing."
