Not Returnable

"I bought 2 of the bar carts, 1 in error. I put 1 together and it is ok quality, cheap materials and the wheels do not rotate so you can only move the cart side to side. I called to return the unopened box and they disconnected the call twice. I have unsubscribed from Lakeside and LTD and won’t be shopping with these companies again."

nice cart

"I bought this to use in my kitchen to put my coffee and expresso machine and all coffee supplies and mugs on it. Not as sturdy as I thought it would be and one of the doors where the metal dowl goes into was completely cracked so it doesn’t hold, had to put duct tape and am not able to use that door. Kinda disappointed"

Really Disappointed in Quality and Size

"It really is my own fault, but it's just way smaller than I thought. I bought it to put in my dining room to store some placemats in there, and they don't even fit. It's not deep enough. I should have measured first, but I guess I just never would have imagined it would be quite so small. Also had some troubles putting it together. It took me about 5 hours by myself, but that's with about a half hour lunch break. Spent at least an hour dealing with technical issues. Had to get the drill out and drill some of the holes deeper. Also had an issue that I still haven't been able to fix, with one of the knobs not getting fully tight on there so it's loose and spins and hangs a bit. The hole was drilled on a slant, so I would probably have to drill another hole, but it more than likely would mess it up so bad the hole(s) would be too big. Also had to take a brown magic marker and color in some of the edges of the backer board in the caged in storage area. The edges of the board are like natural wood color and the item is dark so it was really noticeable and it just really made it look weird. I have got to say, this is one of the cheapest/worst quality items I've bought from LTD and I've bought a lot from here and am always really happy with my LTD items. I wanted to buy this cabinet for a LONG time and finally just decided to buy it because I needed more storage space. I definitely don't feel like it's worth $100, maybe $60 with the current quality. . . $75 at best if they fixed the quality issues. Also kind of unhappy with the color. It's way darker than it looks in the picture. It looks more black than brown. I don't know if the one in the advertisement is a different color, but this was the only one available when I went to purchase it. Considering the fact it took me half a day's work to put it together, I wasn't about to take it all apart and put it back in the box to send it back. Not really happy with it at all in my dining room. I'll probably end up just putting it somewhere else in the house. It just looks like it's too small for the area I wanted, but again. . my own fault and I should have measured it."

Bought two!

"First one we received I liked so much we got another one. The second one came and you could tell it had been repackaged like someone had returned it. Found out why close to finishing assembly - Missing two key wooden pieces. Fortunately, husband is a genius and made the parts required."

The wheels

"I have purchased items from Lakeside for over 20 years. Well I must have hit the bottom of the pile of kitchen karts. I put it together w/o any issues assembling it. The problem I have is the scratches on the top, side and back of the cart. If the scratches were bad enough I noticed someone took a black marker and traced the line of the scratches. I’m not thrilled about it but I need the cart for storage and organization."

rolling buffet

"I love my rolling buffet. I use it as a side desk. It was a little challenging putting it together because of some of the screws mostly on the bottom door knobs"

Buffet Carts

"Unfortunately, I bought this quite some time ago. Finally found someone to help put it together. I should have worked harder to put it together sooner. The screws were wrong. The holes were overdrilled. It made me so sad as it was the highest priced I item I have bought from this company and the picture makes it so nice looking. Broke my heart and to to think I paid someone to put it together. And they felt bad since they could not finish the job."
