I received the lantern
"I received the lantern with barn inside. The barn was turned on its side the lights did not work and the Merry Christmas was turned backward. I did not return it because I could not get anyone in customer service. I just will not buy from Lakeside again and I will tell my friend about this experience."
Terrible packing of the 5 items sent in one box
"I bought five lanterns and had them shipped to my nephew house where we were having Christmas. He called to say he received them but stated it was the worse packing job he has seen. There was no padding or stuffing between the five boxes. One lantern that I know of was broken. I have not heard from my other 4 nieces as to if their lantern when they opened them at home Christmas night were broken."

"I received this 1 week ago. It's very pretty. I was really excited, until I turned it to face me. The snowman & the reindeer were laying on their sides and there was no snow. If I could find a way to get the bottom off, I could fix this. So in the mean time we'll turn on the light & pretend the figures are sleeping. I believe the damage was caused in shipping."

"I really liked the lanterns, but when i received mine, the legs and antlers were broke on one, i notified them and they sent me another one, but the same thing was broke on it, maybe need to pack it different, they did work with me and i appreciate that"
