Disappointed

"This product didn't go together well. Screws don't fit properly into designated holes. Once together, it didn't fit over my bathroom door. :-( Will dry and use it elsewhere."

Too deep for my door

"This arrived inside plastic and inside a sealed cardboard box. When I removed the items to assemble the rack, every piece except the screws was covered in rust. Parts looked as if there had been moisture inside the plastic and some of the metal parts had been sitting in water. The cardboard box did not show any signs of moisture. I washed everything down and assembled it anyhow. Once completed, my hands were red from the rust. Luckily, the towels hanging on it are red. :-) Another issue was the depth of the lower towel bar. The rack is hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The bottom bar hits the wall before the door is completely open. I had to add a door stopper to the hinge to prevent the door from opening completely and getting a hole in the wall. This would not be a problem if the door was in the center of a wall instead of being at the edge of the wall as mine is. It is not a bad rack even though it is cheaply made. Had it not been for all of the pieces being covered in rust, I might have given this 3 or 4 stars."

Not Practicable

"I bought this because I needed an extra towel rack in my bathroom. Unfortunately it does not hang low enough on the door. It is very short. You would have to be 6 ft tall to reach the top shelf when it is hanging on the door. Also, the top shelf of the rack is bent and not usable to stack things in. If the rack hung lower it would be perfect for what I wanted it to achieve. Very disappointed in this."
