Beautiful but could not assemble

"To be fair , the bench is is beautiful but I was not able assemble the butterfly part to the seat. The difference for the bolts is quiet large about 1. 5-2 inches. I called to customer service and agent told me that I need to send it back in order to receive the replacement. It is very large and heavy item, pure metal. Also I discarded the packaging at once I received since that day was garbage pick up. I asked agent's manager to call me . I would take a discount in order to bring someone to fix the bench. Agent said that manager will call me with in 2-3 hours. No one call or e-mail me. This is frustrating. Very poor quality control."

"I originally got this as a gift for someone and after putting it together I want it. Very pretty and sturdy. It's pretty easy to put together just have patience and take time. I put it on our patio and it looks great!!! Lovin it!!!"

Fun bench

"Received the bench in a timely manner. Putting it together was not particularly easy however. A couple of the pieces did not match up well, and the brace on the bottom meets one leg just fine, but on the other side it would only go in front of the leg. Not too noticeable, but just be prepared for some pieces to not align with where they are supposed to be. Glad I was able to get it on sale! An interesting looking piece in the garden."

"i purchased over two weeks ago for a gift , which says in stock and looking at order now it says preparring to ship, i have talked twice to customer service ( sheena? no help ) and keep getting told it will go out soon. i have shopped here for years and never had issues like this. very frustrated and 39. 99 to ship - should be waived for inconvience gift is late"

Defective

"This Butterfly bench arrive with 2 left front legs. I see in many other reviews that the legs were welded wrong so there is no right leg available rendering the bench useless. I called because that is the only way they will allow returns. The person on the phone told me that I have pay for the return shipping!!! It's a heavy bench!!! The item is defective so they should be paying for the return shipping. I will not be buying from # Lakeside Collection in the future as they will obviously not stand behind the products they sell!"

"It has missing pieces!!! It would be cute if it was all there… I got it to put at cemetery at my granddaughter grave for her mom to go and sit . So I was rather disappointed. It’s to much trouble to take it apart put back in box and lug that big box to place to return it . So just gonna use it for decoration in my yard being can’t sit on it ."

I bought two at the same time

"One was fine and easy to assemble. The other one had peices in which the holes did not align properly. Therefore, power tools needed to be used and it was difficult to put together. It does not make sense why they were not the same as it was the same product."
