Terrible don’t waste your time or money
"I emailed LTD prior to ordering the NFL SanFrancisco 49er sour Doug Sam mascot pillow and they assured me it was the correct item as pictured and not the bear mascot pillow. So I proceeded to order, when I got it in the mail it’s the bear mascot not the one as pictured that I was told would be the correct item. I was so upset and called as it was the incorrect pillow. When I called they told me they would resend the correct one so I decided to wait for the correct one to be sent as I really wanted this for my son. When that one comes in the mail it’s the same bear mascot one not the sour dough sam as pictured. I’m so upset so I call again and let them know they said I could keep it and would send me a refund in 7-10 days. Well fast forward 2 weeks later and still have not gotten a refund so called again and they had nothing on file for a refund. I will never recommend or do business with this company ever again as this has been such a horrible experience."
