"I bought this as a gift for my mom when she went walking and at first, it was delivered to the wrong address. Somehow, I found it at a neighbors; however, when I opened it, the product was broken and dirty. I called customer service and they apologized and shipped me a new one. When I received that one, the product worked, although not very well and the box arrived all dented and bent. Definitely not worth anyone’s hassle."
