"I am going to think twice before I order anything from your site! The sets were okay, except that one of the plates was cracked! A big crack. I tried to send you an email with pictures of the broken plate. But no response. I callled and spoke to someone in another country. He said he would be making a request to have a replacement plate sent to me and that I would receive a confirmation email. That was last Tuesday. I never received an email. So I tried calling your the same number and 8 I was repeatedly hung up on! I am more than MAD!"
