"Got this item today and it adorable, is made of metal and seems to be made strong. The hat and the brim do have a gap so bird seed will fall inside. It could not be used as a birdhouse either due to the fact the tray would fill up and flood the inside of the house. Also there is no way to clean it out. But it is a very cute decoration. I would buy it again."

"This is made out of metal and painted with a cute snowman face. The brim of the hat is big enough to put seed on for the birds. Hangs great on Shepard’s hook. When I received my order I found d the face had been scratched by something metal, it had several scrapes all the way down to the metal. I called customer service snd within minutes they were sending me a new one. Luv the customer service at LTD. thank you"
