"I bought this for a gift but decided to assemble it to be sure it worked first. Yes it worked and is really cute. Only drawback was that the post wouldn't slide together until inside was slightly filed down and a drop of oil added to shaft and threads where it attaches to stand. It will work perfectly for intended purpose."

So I imagine they'll keep making me smile for years to come. The only thing I'd change in order to score 'em as perfect are the type of light strands used for the water. I don't like how the strands line up with each other or the space between the lights,. They'd look better solidly lit, like neon -- or better yet with lights closer together,, lit sequentially to 'chase' each other down to the bucket like flowing water. It might cost more to manufacture that way, but I'd pay more (happily) if those improvements were made!"
