Very Disappointed
"I purchased two sets of two Glass Ice Cube Blacks in June. One of the four lights quit working around a month after I received them. I forgot to call about it until I received this reminder about reviewing the product. I love the three that work. Rather than address the one that doesn't work here, I called customer service where I was informed that they do not take returns after sixty days. I tried to explain multiple times that I wasn't returning them, that the one was faulty. I finally asked for a supervisor and was told that one would call me back. I didn't specify a callback time but didn't realize that 17 hours later I still wouldn't have a call back. I have been ordering from LTD Commodities through my former employer and now on my own for many years and have never had such a terrible experience. All I was asking was that they replace the defective light. If it isn't made right, I will no longer purchase anything from LTD Commodities."
