"This glass butterfly is a beautiful product except for the way the lights are strung . However, the packaging of this item was the worst I have ever seen. The box it arrived in was filthy with puncture holes all over it. The inside was even worse. All of the styrofoam encasing this glass item was ripped and torn and the 3 support stakes were loose and freely rattling around inside the tattered box and hopefully did not chip any of the glass wings. This was supposed to be a gift and now I will need to find a way to make it look presentable. At this price I should not have to do this! If this is the way LakeSide Collections shows pride in their products and appreciation for their customers I doubt that I will ever order from LakeSide Collections ever again and would recommend any new customers to consider the many other options where customer satisfaction truly matters."
