Windshield Cleaning Tool-NOT!
"I want to give no stars. Do Not Buy These! I bought 6 for Christmas stocking stuffers based on prior purchase years ago. Quality now is way different (very cheap) than our original which works great still. These new purchases handle has to be put together at the swivel hinges. At arrival, one handle was already broken completely in half right at hinges but no broken pieces in the box. This would be just the tip of the handle area. I attempted to put the 2nd one together. It is very difficult to push the cleaning head piece onto the hinges. A piece broke off the head so no good now. I need a refund. Very disappointed. Photos included."
What happened?
"I bought one of these several years ago (not from you) and they were better made. The flat on this one is bent, so it doesn't lay flat on my windshield."

Love it but the flat part that the cloth fits on is broken 😢 could I get another flat piece? This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered this because I loved the first one.
"The first one worked great. The second one came in damaged. It’s the flat piece that the cloth fits on. Could you replace it or do I need to buy a whole Nother one?"
Works great
"It has been so hard for me to clean the inside of my car windshield. This makes it so easy and now I can see better when I drive."
